Create new users (Admin, Editor, Learner, Reader, API)

Create a new User

Click Create/Invite User

Invite User

Select the Admin role, enter the Email address, and click Invite User.

Add Role and Email
Select Viewable Sites and/or Groups

Check the box next to the Groups or the Viewable Sites that this Editor can view.

Select Editable Sites > Invite User

Whichever sites the Editor can edit, he/she can also view.

Select the Learner Role and include the Email address
Include the Viewable Sites and/or Groups

Whichever sites the Groups have viewing permissions for will be inherited by the user if you add him/her to the Group.

Select the Viewable Sites and/or Groups
