This feature is only available in the desktop editor.
ScreenSteps has the ability to automatically generate image ALT text based on the preceding heading. If you choose not to automatically apply ALT tags, you should manually create a tag for each image in order to ensure it is accessible to all user. To turn this setting on or off, follow these steps:
1. Open Preferences
Refer to our article on How to open Preferences in the ScreenSteps desktop software
2. Adjust the ALT tags setting
When the box is checked, ALT text will be automatically generated when an image is added to an article.
