How to Set Up Article Request Notification Emails

This feature is only available to users on our current plans (Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise). If you're on a legacy plan and are interested in switching to a current plan, please reach out to us at <[email protected]>.

If you'd like a user or group of users to receive a notification email each time an article request is submitted, you can set that up using the instructions below.

1. Navigate to Article Requests

2. Click Edit Notification Settings

3. Click Add Group or User and Select One

4. Select and Add

Check the box(es) next to the Group(s) or User(s) you want to receive Article Request email notifications. Then click Add.
