This error message appears when there is a link in the article to another ScreenSteps article that has been deleted.

Note: Moving an article to a different manual or chapter within the same site will NOT break the link.

Note: Moving an article to a different site WILL break the link; however, you will not see this error message if publishing an article with a knowledge base link to an article that has been moved to a different site.
