When you create a revision note it can be associated with the article as a whole or with a specific content block. This article will show you how to locate the content block a revision note is associated with.
Are you using the web or desktop editor?
Open the article and switch to the Revision Notes tab

Click on a revison note associated with a content block
Revision notes associated with a content block will have a content type icon in the header (1). When you click on the revision note the content block it is associated with will scroll into view and the revision note icon will be highlighted (2).
