Add a Hyperlink to an External Web Page

From the Desktop Editor

  1. Select the text you want to turn into a hyperlink
  2. Click the hyperlink tool
  3. Select External Link
  • To have the link activate the default mail client and begin a message to a specific address, enter the following in the field:
    mailto:[email protected]
  • To have the hyperlink open in a new window, make sure you select that option.

From the Web Editor

  1. Select the text you want to turn into a hyperlink
  2. Click the hyperlink tool
  3. Select External Link
